| Products are usually shipped within one business day (Monday – Friday). When possible, unless surface shipping is quicker, Shipping for badges and other accessories is always via airmail and is usually delivered within 5 business days after dispatch. Grilles and Grille kits sent to the USA and Canada are always sent via airmail and are usually sent with DHL or FEDEX. Delivery is usually between 1-3 business Days. All delivery times are measured in business days and are not guaranteed.
Returns are accepted for a full refund as long as we are alerted of your desire to return the items within 2 weeks of receiving them. Where the item is being returned because it is unwanted, the buyer pays for return shipping charges and the actual cost of shipping the item is not returned. This may differ from the amount charged for shipping.
As well as shipping to the USA, Mercedes Sprinter Conversions exports items to many countries including Canada and Europe. In some countries, Import duties (customs fees) may be charged on some parcels. These vary from country to country. Mercedes Sprinter Conversions unfortunately cannot accept liability for these fees and the responsibility to pay them lies with you and the relevant customs department. The delivery company should notify you if customs fees are due on your parcel. Refunds for items returned to us because the customer has refused to pay Customs Fees will NOT under any circumstances be accepted. |
